2. B2B use
The website is intended for business-to-business commercial requests. By submitting a request you confirm that you act on behalf of a company or commercial activity and that the information provided is accurate.
3. The role of the service
Angrosist.ro takes requests for raw materials, bulk products, FMCG, recurring supply and related B2B opportunities. The product catalog is indicative. The website is not an online shop, does not publish public price lists, does not show guaranteed fixed prices, does not include a shopping cart and does not process payments.
4. No guarantee of an offer or transaction
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, product availability, receiving an offer or completing a transaction. Each request is reviewed based on context, relevance and availability.
5. Information submitted
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted. Do not send illegal information, confidential information without the right to do so, unnecessary personal data or documents that were not explicitly requested.

It does not negotiate, confirm prices, accept orders or conclude contracts — nothing the assistant says constitutes a binding offer or obliges us contractually. A commercial relationship arises only from a written confirmation by the team.
You can ask to speak to a person at any time: the “Talk to a person” button in the chat window, the word “operator” in the conversation, or the contact details at the end of this page. A transfer to a colleague is communicated to you explicitly.
